Privacy notice

What we collect, and what we never ask for.

No advertising, no third-party tracking

We run no analytics platform, no advertising pixels and no third-party trackers. We do not sell your information and we do not build a cross-site profile of you. The marketing pages set no cookies at all — the only cookie we ever set is the sign-in cookie described below, and only once you sign in.

Information you choose to send

  • The quote form. Your name, organization, email address, the model you are interested in, and the site details you type. We use it to prepare and deliver the quote you asked for.
  • Subscription enrollment. Your name, service address, city/state/ZIP, phone, email, and the acknowledgments you check. We use it to confirm the address is inside our service area, to schedule delivery and installation, and to prepare the agreement documents for signature.
  • Your account. If you sign in, we hold your profile, your subscription and its history, your documents and the acknowledgments you made, your invoices, and the messages we sent you.

Signing in

You can sign in with an email address and password, with a one-time link sent to your email, or with Google. Signing in sets one cookie holding a random session token. It is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, it is not used for advertising or analytics, and it is cleared when you sign out.

If you choose Google, Google tells us your Google account identifier, your email address, your name and your profile picture URL. We do not receive your Google password and we ask for no other Google data.

Security and device information — the full list

To keep accounts secure, to recognise a returning device, and so support can see what you are running when you call, we record the following. This is the complete list — you can see everything we hold about your own devices on the Security page of your account, and export all of it at any time.

  • Every request to our account system: the date and time, the address requested, the response status, how long it took, your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, and the page you came from.
  • Your device: device type (phone, tablet or computer), platform, operating system and version, browser and version, screen and window size, pixel ratio and colour depth, time zone and UTC offset, preferred languages, number of CPU cores, approximate device memory, maximum touch points, graphics vendor and renderer, connection type, and whether you have asked for reduced motion.
  • Your sign-ins: when each session started, when it was last used, from which IP address and on which device.

From those device signals we compute a short identifier so we can tell one of your devices from another. It is used only inside your Aqualizer account. It is not a cross-site tracker, it is not shared with anyone, and it is never used for advertising.

Access logs are kept for up to 180 days and then deleted automatically. Records tied to a signed agreement are kept for the legal, tax, safety, warranty and dispute periods described below.

Staff access and accountability

Aqualizer staff can see your account in order to support you. Every staff action is written to an append-only audit log that staff cannot edit or delete. If an administrator opens your account as you, you are notified and a banner is shown for the whole of that session.

What we never collect here

No page on this website asks for a card number, a bank account number, a CVC, or a photograph of an identity document, and none of those is ever accepted through this site. Payment details are entered only on our payment provider's own secure page. We will never ask you to text an unprotected image of a driver's license as a routine enrollment step.

How information is used and shared

We use what you send for enrollment, site approval, delivery, billing, tax, service, safety notices, cancellation, retrieval, fraud prevention, recordkeeping, and legal compliance. We share only what is reasonably needed, and only with payment processors, service technicians, insurers, professional advisers, government authorities, and any successor service provider — subject to applicable safeguards and law. We do not sell your information.

Retention and security

We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, and keep records only for our documented legal, tax, safety, warranty, and dispute periods. Please do not send identity or payment documents by ordinary text message or unsecured email.

Service messages and marketing

Account, safety, maintenance, delivery, and cancellation messages are service communications and are part of having a subscription. Promotional texts or calls require your separate, optional consent and are never a condition of subscribing. Withdrawing marketing consent does not cancel your subscription — to cancel service, use the methods on the cancellation page.

Hosting logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (such as IP address and requested pages) for security and operational purposes, governed by the provider's own policies.
