Lifetime warranty
The lifetime limited warranty referenced on this site covers the cabinet, the sealed refrigeration circuit, and the condensing assembly against defects in materials and workmanship, for the original purchaser at the original installation site, for as long as the unit remains under an active Aqualizer service plan. Consumables are excluded by nature: sediment and carbon filters, the UV-C lamp, and sanitation supplies are replaced on schedule under the service program rather than warranted for life. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or operation outside the published environmental envelope is not covered. The written warranty document supplied with each unit states the full and controlling terms; where this summary and that document differ, the written warranty governs.
